P2P Trading: In P2P transactions, you deal directly with other users. While we provide escrow, there is inherent counterparty risk. The counterparty may fail to complete the transaction, dispute in bad faith, or use fraudulent payment methods. We provide dispute resolution but cannot guarantee recovery. Use due diligence when selecting counterparties and payment methods.
Copy Trading: When you copy a Trader, you bear the risk of their trading decisions. Traders may experience losses, use high leverage, or make poor decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. We do not endorse or guarantee any Trader.
Staking involves locking your assets for a period. During the lock-up, you may not be able to withdraw or trade. Network conditions, slashing (penalties for validator misbehavior), or protocol changes could affect rewards or principal. Staking rewards are not guaranteed. The staked asset's market value may decline during the lock-up. Early unstaking may incur penalties or be unavailable.
Regulation of digital assets varies by jurisdiction and is evolving. Regulatory changes could affect the legality, taxation, or availability of our Services or specific assets. Authorities may take action that impacts the value of digital assets or our ability to operate. We may restrict or discontinue Services in certain jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with laws in your jurisdiction.
We may experience technical failures, system outages, or operational errors. Trading may be suspended during maintenance or emergencies. Such events could prevent you from accessing your account or executing trades, potentially during unfavorable market conditions. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may use third-party custodians, wallet providers, or service providers. Their failure, insolvency, or misconduct could affect your assets. While we select reputable partners, we do not guarantee their performance. In some jurisdictions, digital assets held on exchanges may not have the same protections as bank deposits.
